What is included in your packages?

Our packages can be tailored to meet your needs. Here is a link to the most popular services that we offer.

Do you require clients to use your preferred vendors?
No, we do not require our couples to use our vendors. You are free to use the vendors of your choice. We can provide assistance with local vendors if needed.
Are pets allowed?
No, Pets are not allowed except service animals.
Do you allow outside decorations?
Yes! We encourage our couples to personalize the venue and ceremony spaces to their liking.
What time will I have access to decorate?
You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract. Please plan accordingly.
Do you include a "wedding day coordinator"?
Tequila Ranch does not include a wedding day coordinator. We want to ensure that the venue is in working order and help in any way we can to help your day go smoothly. A wedding day coordinator is recommended to help keep your wedding schedule on track and to help relieve the stress of the day.
How do I schedule a tour?

How do I reserve a date?
To reserve a date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. We can create payment plan if needed – just ask! The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event.
Is there a guest minimum or maximum?
We do not have a guest minimum, but our maximum is 150 guests.
How many vehicles can your property accommodate?
We currently have parking spaces for about 50 cars.
Is there a space for the bridal party to get ready?
Yes, the bridal party is allowed to use the main house to get ready before the wedding. We have a space in the venue building for the groom & groomsman to get ready in.
Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is allowed. You may purchase and bring your own alcohol. We require alcohol to be served by a TABC licensed bartender with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in alcohol liabilty insurance. Here is a link to our preferred vendor

Does Tequila Ranch offer lodging?

Yes, we have accommodations for up to 10 guests in the main house. More info here:

What happens in the event of rain?
We will set up a ceremony space inside the venue.

Planning & Day-of Questions

Will we have early access for a rehearsal?
Yes, we can make arrangements for you to have a rehersal if the venue is available.
Do you have an Officiant on staff?
Yes, Joe is an Officiant with over 50 ceremonies under his belt. If you would like to have him perform your ceremony, please ask at the time of booking.
Are fireworks allowed on the property?
No, we do not allow fireworks on the property.
Can vehicles be left overnight?
Due to our limited parking, we do not allow vehicles to remain overnight unless the main house is booked for the night.
Are candles permitted?
Only battery powered candles are allowed. No flames.
What is the event clean up process?

We ask that the venue space is returned to us in the condition you received it. Here is

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We also accept credit cards with a 3% covenience fee added.
