These packages are intended to provide general information about the services we offer and can vary. We can customize any of our packages to meet the vision of your perfect day. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask and we will do our best to make it happen!
Full Day Venue Rental
- Early access to the property to set up & decorate
- Includes 60″ round tables, chairs and linens for up to 100 guests, 6 cocktail tables, 1 “sweetheart table”, and 1 cake table. Choice of white or black linens
- Use of the venue building, ceremony space and public areas of the property for 6 hours
- 1 hour for clean up
$3000.00 + $250.00 cleaning fee
Half Day Venue Rental
- 1 Hour to set up and decorate
- Includes 60″ round tables, chairs and linens for up to 50 guests, 6 cocktail tables, and 1 cake table. Choice of white or black linens
- 2 hours for wedding & reception
- 1 hour for clean up
- Sweetheart table
Available days / times:
- Fridays 6:00 PM-10:00 PM
- Sundays 10:00 AM-2:00 PM or 4:00 PM-8:00 PM
$1200.00 + $100.00 cleaning fee
Courthouse Special
- Use of the venue building, ceremony space and public areas of the property for 1 hour
- Wedding Ceremony officiated by Joe
- Sweetheart table

Stay With Us
- Luxury accommodations for up to 10 people at the Tequila Ranch Main House
$600.00 / night +$150.00 cleaning fee.

Day-Of Wedding Coordinator Service
Our Coordination service is for the couple who already have the majority of the wedding design and plan in place, but need help putting it all together in an organized fashion as well as need a helping hand for the day of your wedding. If you want your day to flow smoothly and like things to be organized we can help. We offer coordination services in preparation beginning the month before and leading up to the day of your wedding, so that you and your families can relax and enjoy your special day.
